EU COURT TO HEAR CASE GRANTING HUMAN STATUS TO APES 06/25/2008

“The European Court of Human Rights has agreed to a preliminary hearing to determine whether chimpanzees are entitled to the legal status and protections granted to human beings” reports the WorldNetDaily.com. “The action is being sponsored by the Association Against Animal Factories, an activist group based in Vienna. Eberhart Theuer, the group's legal advisor says, ‘This case is about the fundamental question: Who is the bearer of human rights? Who is a person according to the European Human Rights Charter?’"

In an ironic twist we are no longer able to tell who is a human being. We refuse to recognize the unborn as humans, but apes are being considered.

If this were to pass and progress, you would be charged with murder for killing termites.

The logic of the evolutionist is we descended from apes, that makes them our grandfathers?
