END-OF-THE-WORLD PROPHET WAS THE BIG WINNER 05/24/2011

Camping learned how to make millions from doomsday predictions.
This old false prophet doesn’t care how much the world laughs at him. He is laughing at them, all the way to the bank.

Fox News reports on prophets multi-million dollar empire: “The doomsday message has been sent far and wide via broadcasts and web sites by Camping, an 89-year-old retired civil engineer who has built a multi-million dollar nonprofit ministry based on his apocalyptic prediction.”

Back in 1992, Camping wrote a book titled "1994?" about the world coming to an end that year, and this taught him how to make millions. In 2009, the nonprofit reported in IRS filings that it received $18.3 million in donations, and had assets of more than $104 million, including $34 million in stocks or other publicly traded securities.
As his second date of destruction approached, followers reported that donations grew.

The tragedy is greater than all the people who lost their money. The big loser is the Bible. People who do not know the scriptures actually believe the Bible was proven wrong, not just a crafty old scoundrel.
