by Moody Adams Republican presidential hopeful, Herman Cain, criticized Texas Govenor Perry as "just plain insensitive" because a rock at the entrance to a hunting camp the Perry family leased to hunt on has the “N’ word on it.
Mr. Cain did not say one word about the two Mormon candidates belonging to a church that taught for 150 years that all blacks were cursed and were not allowed to enter the Mormon Temple.
“But let them apostatize, and they will become gray-haired, wrinkled, and black, just like the Devil" (Brigham Young,Journal of Discourses, vol. 5, p. 332).
Sure, the Mormons got a new revelation from their god, just as the Perry family got a new can of paint and painted over the offensive word.
Candidates should be fair and consistant in their attacks on other candidates. Otherwise, it looks like they are either fearful of some or hypocrites.
